Co-founder of Imaginary

Iveta is the voice and heart, and passionate core of Imaginary kennel, dedicating her efforts to training, grooming, and ensuring the well-being of their Flat-Coated Retrievers. Together with her husband, Jurģis, they have dedicated almost 20 years to dogs. She values Flat-Coated Retrievers for their incredible will to please, intelligence, and boundless energy. "Whether working in the field or moving in the show ring, their elegance and enthusiasm are unmatched." Currently pursuing studies in cynology, Iveta is preparing to become a certified cynologist and trainer, further solidifying her expertise and deepening her contribution to the Retriever community.

Edvards Robins Straume

Dog handler and photographer

Robin is the main handler at Imaginary kennel, the person who stands alongside our dogs in the show ring, sharing in their successes. Having graduated from the Junior Handler School, he continues to build on his knowledge and skills, ensuring every dog is presented at its best. In addition to handling, Robin plays a vital role in training puppies for the ring and guiding those starting their journey in the show world. Outside the ring, Robin has a passion for dog photography, capturing stunning images that showcase the beauty and spirit of each dog.

Best caregiver at Imaginary

Klāss is the dedicated caregiver at Imaginary kennel, diligently tending to the needs of the adult dogs on a daily basis. However, when it comes to puppies, Klāss truly shines. With a natural ability to connect with them, he ensures every puppy receives the care and attention they need, no matter how big or small the task. From birth to new beginnings, he ensures every puppy is raised loved, healthy, and prepared for life in their new homes.
